3.1 Bike Taxi Refunds

3.2 Delivery Service Refunds

5. Wallet & Payment Refunds
5.1 Godrop Wallet Refunds
Wallet money refunds are processed differently:
- Unused Wallet Balance: Refundable with 5% processing fee
- Minimum Refund: ₹100 minimum balance for refund
- Processing Time: 7-10 working days
- Promotional Credits: Non-refundable, non-transferable
5.2 Failed Transaction Refunds
Automatic Refund Process: Failed transactions are automatically refunded within 7-10 working days. If not reversed automatically, contact support within 48 hours with transaction details.
6. How to Request Refunds

Note: For cash payments, refunds are processed to your Godrop wallet only. All disputes are governed by Indian laws and jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
